Pure Cruise offers fully private charters for groups of 2 to 40, aboard three unique vessels purpose-built for the lake. Every charter is tailored to your group's vibe, timeframe, and budget, with your experienced skipper and host taking care of everything from the moment you step aboard!
Choose your vessel
For intimate gatherings of up to 18 guests, The Airstream Project is unlike anything else on New Zealand's waterways. A hand-built, electric-drive cruiser with polished aluminium panels, fold-out lounges that pivot over the water, and a floating work-of-art aesthetic that sets the tone for something truly special.

For larger groups of up to 40 guests, the Rotoiti Explorer delivers in every way. A spacious two-level catamaran with a licensed bar, upper-deck slide, and room to celebrate in style. Perfect for corporate events, milestone birthdays, social clubs, and family reunions.

For something relaxed, ask us about our Lake Lounge is ideal for smaller groups who want a more laid-back experience on the water.
Your Day, Your Way!
Your charter includes boat hire, your skipper, and a fully personalised hosting experience. Cruise through native bush-lined bays, swim from private beaches, explore glow worm caves only accessible by water, or sink your feet into the warm sand of a geothermal beach. The itinerary is yours to shape.

We have a fully licensed bar on board stocked with beers, wines, and ready-to-drink options. Please note that BYO alcohol is not permitted on any of our vessels. You're welcome to bring along a platter or light snacks, or choose from our onboard catering menu, just let us know in advance.
