Step aboard the Rotoiti Explorer, Pure Cruise's spacious, two-level catamaran on Lake Rotoiti, and settle in for an unforgettable day on the water with your favourite people.

At 12 metres long and built across two generous levels, the Rotoiti Explorer is designed for groups who want to do it in style. Whether you're celebrating a milestone, gathering the whole crew, or simply looking for a spectacular day out on the lake, this vessel delivers, comfortably hosting up to 40 guests with room to move, relax, and explore.

Cruise through native scenery, visit warm geothermal streams, swim into glow worm caves, or cool off from the upper-deck slide. Every charter is tailored to your group by your experienced skipper and host, who'll share the stories, history, and hidden gems of Lake Rotoiti along the way.

This is not just a boat trip. This is the whole experience!

Our Rates

Our minimum charter is three hours, starting from $1,900 inclusive GST covering boat hire, your skipper, and a personalised guide experience for up to 40 guests. Additional hours are available, just get in touch for pricing.

Food and drink are all part of the experience. You're welcome to bring along a platter, snacks, or light food to enjoy on the water. For something more, our onboard light lunch menu is perfect for relaxed outings and special occasions, just let us know in advance!

We have a fully licensed bar on board stocked with a selection of beers, wines, and ready-to-drink options, so there's no need to bring your own. Please note that BYO alcohol is not permitted on any of our vessels.

Looking for something more intimate? Our smaller vessel, The Airstream Project, is perfect for groups of up to 18 guests.
