Tina Masters is a bubbly, energetic professional with a passion for the great outdoors. Her peers describe her as a “high achieving adventuress” and when it comes to anything to do with water she’s in her element.
Tina is a certified skipper but it doesn’t end there. She has a master’s degree in Business Management as well as a Bachelor of Education with a physical education major. Previously, Tina was operations manager at the Sir Edmund Hillary Outdoor Pursuits Centre and also developed the sports degree programme for the Bay of Plenty Sports Faculty.
Tina enjoys spending her leisure time traveling, kayaking and mountain biking. That’s when she’s not with her daughter on the equestrian circuit.
Tina has tribal affiliations with Tainui and Te Arawa (Ngati Pikiao), is a proud cultural ambassador and is a real asset aboard Tiua when it comes to sharing local culture with our guests.
