Fishing for trophy trout from a luxury catamaran is something special. Lake Rotoiti is one of New Zealand’s premier trout fishing lakes and is known as a consistent producer of prize-winning fish. Fishing gear is provided and licenses can be purchased for you, our skippers know all the best spots and are happy to impart local knowledge of best lures for time of year to suit conditions and methods most likely to bring success on the day, such as jigging, trolling or harling. Any trout caught can be released, taken away or filleted and enjoyed on board right away as sashimi or cooked.

Sailing Lessons
Learn to harness the wind with professional sailor and skipper Matt Horder, holder of an Offshore Yacht Masters Certificate from the Royal Yachting Association of Great Britain, Matt welcomes schools, youth groups and keen sailors on board for sailing lessons, covering onboard systems, life on extended period passages, principles of navigation and helming the vessel including ropes, winches and rigging – it’s a great opportunity to learn from the best.
